CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of cancellation:
◉ For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival date, the deposit is returned (the client is charged with any costs involved).
◉ For cancellations made 14 to 21 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the deposit is returned (the client is charged with any costs involved).
◉ For cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival date, the deposit is not returned.
◉ In case of no-show, the client is charged with 50% of the total cost of the stay.
◉ In case of departure prior to the arranged departure date, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed total rate for the period that the room is not used.
